8.	Shop & Establishment Act
9.	Environment clearance from the pollution control board of the respective state

a. Project completion time is maximum 120 days

b. Interest @12% per annum will be charged if the amount is not paid on agreed time

c. Freight charge will be extra for tank, dispenser & totem
